We are seeing large delays for some customers in workflow processing. We are currently investigating.

Update

We have identified the issue, and most customers are no longer impacted. However, some workspaces still have queues that we are working down.

The workspace queue is listed on the dashboard, so be sure to check there to see if your workspace is one of the handful with a queue.

We are monitoring until all customers have returned to normal.

We continue to work down the queues, and the delays are improving. We are continuing to monitor and expect to be fully back to on-time processing later today.

Flows and actions continue to run but are delayed in status updates to the UI as well as moving to the next step. Just let them process and we will provide a status update when all customers are completing normally.

All schedules and flows are completing in expected timeframes. This incident has been resolved.
